Boyd Upstill has a core team of trades that has worked across many projects throughout Bayside Melbourne and surrounds, including complex custom home renovations, new builds and extensions.

> We’re hands on. Upstill Constructions provides a hands-on approach to every build. Boyd personally manages each project on site - ensuring both scheduling and quality are aligned [limiting our jobs in progress allows us to do this]. This approach makes sure trades, owners and architects are kept informed as the project progresses, and any issues are resolved before they become problems.

> We’re long-term focused. There’s no point cutting corners or quality when the end result will be compromised, either because the finish is underwhelming or because it leaves your project vulnerable to issues down the track. When there’s a risk, we make sure we ask the right questions and raise concerns throughout a project so we’re confident in the long-term quality of our work.

> We’re carpentry-led. Upstill constructions is a small specialised team with high quality carpentry at it’s core. Boyd has led his own carpentry team for the last 15 years, and has led other teams for builders on their projects. He now brings extensive experience across all aspects of building projects (from foundations to finish) to his work.

> We’re local. Raised in Glen Eira and working locally the majority of his career, Boyd is well versed in the styles of housing throughout the Bayside region, the land they’re built on and many of the unique opportunities (and issues) they present.
