Sandringam - Rectification

Project Overview: A tiled rooftop terrace, part of a 30+ year old extension, was leaking into the middle level residence where the existing waterproofing membrane had failed.

Upstill Constructions was able to isolate the leaks and advise the owners of the best long term solution & costs to repair damage, keeping in mind loading requirements/limitations of the structure. Works included re-waterproofing and restoring the rooftop using a high-quality pedestal system & pavers, as well as restoring areas of the main residence without disturbing ornate cornice/ceiling features.

The Result: Waterproof, accessible paving (can be lifted to inspect/alter underneath if ever needed) and refinished interior and exterior, complete with perfectly matched paint.
